Terpenes are the aromatic compounds plants make. They're what you smell when you peel an orange or crush a lavender leaf. D-limonene is the citrus peel. Linalool is the lavender. Myrcene is in hops and mango. β-caryophyllene is the peppery note in black pepper and cloves. All four are food-grade, and all four are in this formula as Night Terpenes™.

No. Sleep Oral Drops are melatonin-free.
Melatonin is prescription-restricted in Australia, so these drops are a
supplement you can buy without a prescription.

prescription is required. The terpenes here are the aromatic compounds found in
citrus peel, lavender, hops, black pepper and cloves.

About 30 minutes before bed. Add it to tea,
tonic, water or warm milk, or take it straight from the pump and hold it under
your tongue for 30 seconds.

spring water rather than oil it mixes clean into a hot or cold drink without
